Below you will find all of our return instructions for purchases, exchanges & hires.

At Bonza Bike Box we want to make sure all of our customers receive the highest quality in both product and service.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return or exchange within 14-days of the order.

Return & Exchange Instructions

To begin the return or exchange process, you must contact the team at enquiries@bonzabikebox.com. We cannot accept returns without prior notification. Unnotified returns will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.

Once you have contacted and notified us about your return or exchange, you will need to make sure you print and fill out the Return & Exchange Form, and include it with your bike box before returning back to us.

Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.

Return Policy

You are entitled to a refund for bike boxes that have been unopened or a replacement for any manufacturing faults.

Please note, we cannot accept a return or exchange if:

  • The bike box is received after 14-days of the date of purchase.
  • The bike box is damaged or permanently altered in any way.*
  • The bike box has been used & the packaging is damaged or missing.

*If your bike box has any manufacturing faults or defects, please read our Warranty page to find out more.

Whether you decide to send your bike box back for a refund or an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. If a refund is requested, we will refund the cost of the items returned. Shipping costs are never refunded. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement bike box at no additional cost to you, but the initial shipping back to us is your responsibility.

If you purchased your Bonza Bike Box from an authorised online store or retail shop then you must contact them directly. We understand that all authorised online stores and retail shops have their own specific return policies.

Hire Return Instructions

All hire bike boxes must be returned before or within 24 hours of the agreed hire end date along with a completed Bike Box Hire Returns Form, otherwise it will result in an additional charge as described under the “Charges & Payments” section in the Terms & Conditions.

1 – Did you collect the bike box from a hire hub/ shop?

If Yes, the bike box MUST and can ONLY be returned back to the same hire hub location you collected the bike box from.

Please Note: You must contact the hire hub before you return the bike box to confirm and arrange the drop off. Click here for Hire Hub contact details.

2 – Did you have the bike box delivered?

If Yes, please arrange your bike box collection and return by emailing collections@flostream.co.uk & provide the below information:

Please Note: Collections will be Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm), unfortunately we cannot select collection times so it is important that there is someone available throughout the day at the collection address you provide.

Include your Bike Box Hire Returns Form so that we can identify the bike box. We will email you upon receipt of your returned bike box.
